Where are you located?

Our head office is located at 33 Canberra Street, Hemmant QLD 4174. We also have a dedicated earthmoving training site only a 5 minute drive from our head office. If you are required to attend our earthmoving training site, you will be directed there once you have registered at our head office.

Where can I stay locally?

If you aren't local, no worries. There are plenty of nearby accommodation options such as: Queensport Tavern, Waterloo Bay Hotel, Manly Backpackers, Manly Hotel or Anchor Motel.

How do I pay for my course?

A $100 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your spot. The remainder of your balance can be paid in advance or on the day. The deposit is non-refundable if 48 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is not provided. We accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Eftpos, Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard), Amex (3% surcharge applies), Direct Deposit (Must be paid 48 hours prior to course commencing).

How long do courses run for?

Our courses range in duration, the most commonly asked are below.

Forklift | 2-3 days, Standard 11 | 2-days, EWP Over 11mt | 3 days, Earthmoving | 1 day, White Card | 4.5 hours, Standpipe | 3 hours.

Are there any prerequisites?

There are no requirements to complete an earthmoving ticket, you are not required to hold a driver's licence as the machinery is used on private property. Licence requirements are often decided by each mining or civil organisation.

What should I bring on the day?

It is essential that you bring three (3) Evidence of Identity (EOI) documents such as: Driver's Licence, Passport, Medicare Card, VISA Document, Bank Card. Must also bring closed in footwear and lunch if needed (fridge on site).

Recommended: PPE, previous ticket or SOA if completing a refresher.

Is there any funding available?

Yes, whilst we do not offer CSQ funding, there are many other options available such as BERT Funding, JETCO Funding or through job providers.
