All trainers are patient and help you achieve a solid outcome. When you arrive you will be greeted with a lovely smile and helpful attitude from the girls in the office. If you are only going for one ticket I almost guarantee you ask Neil for a great price on multiple tickets. I went for 1 and left with 8. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Had a great two days with Frank the course instructor , didn’t start off very flash having never driven or used any of the machines before , however by the end of the two day course was deemed competent and safe on all the machines , and was able to pick up all the tickets , thanks again Frank for your great tuition.

Your course on "working at heights" was informative and never boring, considering I have been working as a rigger for the past 40 years. I am keen to gain other crane tickets if you guys can organize. The only crane ticket I have, which covers cranes to 100 tonne, cost 6 dollars in 1980. It's priceless metaphorically speaking compared to the expensive crane courses offered these days. An open licence for mobiles and a tower crane ticket would be very handy. Now I'm 60 it's time to take work a little more easier.

These guys have it all in spades, Billy firm but fair as he has to be as the responsibilities are huge, Rob (LF) was thorough & made sure we knew all aspects & duty of care, Mick (D/G) explained & displayed the responsibilities & care required, this was an eye opener,

Neil obviously takes pride in his guys, his equipment & the relevance of the courses for the individual. I could not have asked for a better bunch of guys to guide me on & achieve what I wanted. So many thanks to all concerned.

Only thing I’d improve is more variety of jobs during the machinery courses, ie dig a trench etc etc

It was a convenient no-nonsense course however I would have liked more practical work and hands on for the assessment. It felt like the course was slightly underdone in this regard.
