- Expired Licence Holders - This Month's SPECIAL - $350
- 2 days including Theory and Practical Training and WHS Assessment
- Monday to Saturday (closed Sunday)
- Must supply a copy of old WHS Licence
- Please note:
- If you don’t pass your assessment on your first attempt don’t worry we are not like other training providers.
- You can come back and be re-assessed at NO charge.

Course Outline:
- Participants must be 18 years of age and be able to read and write English
- Quality training on late model Counter Weight electric forklifts
- Legislations and standards applicable to operate a forklift
- Risk management, control procedures and planning work
- Conduct routine checks of the forklift
- Shift loads in a safe manner, shutting down and securing the forklift
- Assessment type: Theory and practical
- This course does not include 20/40ft shipping container Reach Stackers (RS) Container Cranes
- A short literacy and numeracy test will be required
Outcome:
- After a successful competency assessment you will receive a Statement of Attainment issued by Queensland Transport and Logistics Training Pty Ltd (QTLT) NVR RTO 40931
- You will receive a High Risk Work (HRW) Candidate assessment summary to apply and pay for the licence from Work Health & Safety QLD - apply online at WH&S website
- Unit of competency TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck

Apply for Training Funding
Bert Funding - If you are a member of BERT and meet the BERT Training Fund (BTF) eligibility criteria, you can apply for a training subsidy. Please note no funds are deducted from your BERT account to cover the cost of your training. Your BERT account is only used as a reference to determine the amount of funding we will authorise. You can apply online by visiting https://bert.com.au/ and selecting ‘Apply Here’ for Training Grants. Submit your application and if successful, you will receive written confirmation of your grant and the amount to be funded.
